This hotel should really not be graded 5 star, it is tired and in need of an update! The rooms were ok, ours unfortunately looked out onto a building site, The safe did not work, and I asked 3 times for soft pillows, to be told after the 3rd time by a duty manager that they did not keep any soft pillows in the hotel!! Hello 5 star!!! We had to pay a deposit at reception to get towels for the pool!!! Hello 5 star yet again!!! Breakfast was chaos, dirty tables and no service at all. I would definitely choose another hotel if I were to visit Marrakesh again.

The bedroom is separate to the living room but is open plan with curtains dividing them if you want to. The room along with the rest of hotel was spotless and everything was was of a very good standard. We ate breakfast and dinner in our room and the food quality was outstanding along with amazing service. We used the pool each day and found it very well organised during these difficult times. You must book a slot for each day so it never gets too busy and social distancing can easily be carried out. The pool and jacuzzi are very clean areas and the pool is laned off so you can swim without any issues.
