The place is always clean, and i have seen gyms where this is not the case. The location is also good, close to Syntagma Square. The machines and dumbbells are well... Definitely overpriced given that their facilities are pretty much average. The gym is quite overcrowded lately and especially during peak times it's almost impossible to train. They're advocating a top level service, however if you are not paying extra (e. g. personal training etc), it's like you do not exist to the trainers. Clean in general. I would not say that it's a bad choice for a gym in the center of Athens, however when you are asking for an 80 euro monthly subscription (available only if you commit for an annual contract), I believe that you have to offer much more and treat your members equally. A well stocked gym that offers more than pretty much every other gym close by.

Melissa uses a Biotone revitalising massage oil and I have told her if she hears me squealing to pay no heed and just get in there and get those knots out. To be honest I am not sure she would have stopped anyway, it was intense and my gosh did she get into my back but after 25 mintues of what felt like a wrestling match my time was up. I think they actually called it Friendship Hwy. Anyway, place looked new and WOW what a surprise when I walked in! EXTREAMLY clean and well run by the owner himself, which always seems to make a difference in the way you are treated, and the quality of the service.

It's not a liquid, but rather a chunk mething like marshmallow Jell-O is the best way I can describe it. Comes in a cute jar with a big spatula that you use to dig out a bit at a time when you use it. I enjoy using this a lot, and as long as my skin is in normal shape, I find it a good cleanser that doesn't bother my skin, but when my skin is experiencing tret dryness or eczema flare-up, I definitely avoid this as I do find it stripping under those conditions. Also, having to open the jar and dig out chunks of it each time I wash can be a pain. I do end up using it quite a bit, though. Su:m37 White Award Enzyme Powder Wash: This is very similar to the Tosowoong. A friend decanted some for me to try out; I had enough to last me about a month. It foams up better than the Tosowoong, and that lather feels really luxurious on my face, but I did find it ever so slightly more stripping than the Tosowoong.
