What I didn't know, (or possibly didn't read the very small print) is that this is an issue not only with the Bose wifi music systems, but with the Sonos wifi music systems. Unfortunately, when I put the system in the salon was slated to open this past February and then Covid-19 shut the salon down and by the time the doors opened I was already outside the return policy of 90 days.
