Overall, we appreciated very friendly and helpful staff, beautifully landscaped & expansive grounds, light and airy decor all-around, spacious guest room and bathroom, and the Beach Club is an exceptional feature for relaxing and dining with excellent guest service. We did have some difficulty reaching Reservations prior to our arrival (several un-returned voicemails) to communicate some specific guest room requests/preferences. Upon check-in, our guest room was in the exact location we had specifically requested not to be (which the Front Desk had not mentioned to us).

I tried the Maine Lobster trio and it is simply delicious! Dinner was so enjoyable that I picked up a copy of Chef Mina's cookbook so that I could try to replicate this scrumptious experience when I get home. Customer service is very good, and most tried very hard to achieve 5 star service, although there were a few hints of people still learning the "new way" of doing things at this former St Regis. The Diamond benefits are very generous. Liked the place a lot and will stay here again. Some service needs to fix the texting option so that it works. A couple features are a little worn and tired, like the heater/a/c tied to the sliding door being open, but heater doesn't work even when the door is closed. Nice Privacy/Service required display it didn't work. It would be great if there was a Lounge/Club level.
