Total disregard for anyone else and why he couldn't just be patient for a few minutes until the children had finished and the space opened up I just don't know. I had my swim and kept an eye on when the jacuzzi would be free planning to nip in when I got a chance. Unfortunately some women were hogging the jacuzzi for so long that one poor woman had to ask them to let het in as she had been waiting at the side for ages. They seemed to ignore her as if she was just an object of ridicule but soon moved when she forced her way in. I carried on swimming but the next disturbance was a woman who wanted to jump in creating as much of a splash as possible while her friend took a photo. Again, no regard for the other users who might want a relaxing swim and behaviour I would expect to see in a 10 year old child and not a fully grown woman. The two of them then proceeded to dominate the pool by swimming down the middle noisily shrieking and making sure the whole world knew they were there. More women started hogging the jacuzzi (I unfortunately wasn't quick enough) and lots of their time was taken up by looking at their phones and taking selfies.

I sent them an email with the voucher attached as per secure the booking. An hour and a half later they called me back saying that they hadn't properly received the voucher and now it was too late to book my partner and me in so I am now left with two spa sessions waiting for a refund that the Spa refuses to give. Frankly I was just trying to book a spa day with my boyfriend but this Spa won't allow me to book us in without the proper voucher first EVEN when having no actual space for us. Very disappointed with the receptionist lady, should give her an early leave.

I didn't expect it those to be open so it was a very pleasant surprise. The massage was great too! Left feeling very refreshed! Cons: I didn't notice water fountains so left feeling a bit dehydrated, although I noticed a drinks machine outside the spa. Yes, swimming lessons were taking place but it did not cause too many issues as it was useful listening to the teachers' instructions. Good value with Groupon/Wowcher discounts. It seems that cameras were order of the day as other women were taking selfies at the side of the pool meaning I couldn't swim past without a camera catching me. The whole time some men who I assumed were life guards who worked there sat around gossiping and showing no signs of any proactive management. I saw a sign asking for no mobile phones which was obviously being totally ignored. I gave up on the jacuzzi and left feeling slightly depressed about the state of humanity, namely the lack of courtesy and manners shown towards one's fellow man. Can I suggest that there is a sign put up asking people to respect that the jacuzzi gets busy at times and maybe just stay for one cycle so that others can have a go? Also if the lifeguards could enforce the rules (do their job) we wouldn't have to see people doing endless selfies all over the place. Can we not all manage an hour or so without having to stare at our phones? … Date of experience: February 2020
